So here we are two days before Christmas and while we are mostly unpacked, we have failed to get out and get our tree yet. It's amazing how things like moving, hubs working longer hours, and getting a few repairs done in the new place can cut into that Christmas decorating time! ;-) I will break out the ladder today and attempt to put lights up outside, it just wouldn't be the same with out at least one sad little strand out there. Who knows, maybe I will get 2 or 3!
Wish me luck, me and ladders aren't the best combo, I was not blessed with grace. I may end up looking like Stef's "Wordless Wednesday" pic! lol!
Still on the to-do list still before we can officially call ourselves moved in is switching out the old washer/dryer with our own, installing the new dishwasher, moving the kiddos bedroom (we decided the room we put them in originally would be better served as the guest room/office instead), and new tile/toilets in the bathrooms. Not too long a list considering all we plan to do with this place in the long run. ;-)
Well, I really ought to get back at it!
